YOGA WITH ANTONIA

Antonia trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore India and her classes focus on strong, steady and calming sequences that are dynamic, creative and focus on alignment. 
Antonia is dedicated to inspiring others to increase their physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.

Open to all levels (including complete beginners)

YOGA WITH SHI

Wednesday's 9.30am

With a background in dance and a love for Ashtanga, Shi comments "you don't have to be flexible or look a certain way to start yoga, the only thing you need is to have a body! Yoga is for everyone and has countless benefits. The biggest lesson I have learnt since practicing is how to exhale and truly decompress".

PILATES WITH VICTORIA

Thursday's 

Pilates is a low-impact workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. It focuses on controlled movements, helping to build muscle tone, increase stability, and prevent injuries. Pilates also promotes better body awareness, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being. Whether you're looking to tone up, improve mobility, or simply feel stronger in daily life, Pilates is the perfect way to move with purpose!

Victoria is an experienced Pilates teacher who has been changing lives through her classes for many years. Her sessions offer a challenging yet supportive environment that helps clients build strength, flexibility and balance.
