ABSOLUTE BEGINNER'S POLE 4 WEEK COURSE WITH DREE

Ever wanted to try pole or know someone who wants to try? Join our instructor Dree who will introduce you to fun moves and spins every Monday over 4 weeks, to build your confidence and strength with a fun routine to learn at the end. Suitable for complete beginners.
PLUS as an extra bonus for booking on the course you receive one free space on the Beginner's Choreo class on a Wednesday or Sunday after you complete the full course

BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS WITH JUDIT
Monday's 6pm
£18 per class or can be booked using a class pass
Beginners & Improvers with Judit will be focused around conditioning and teaching you fun moves including spins, transitions, climbs and strengthening your muscles in readiness for inverting.
This class is also suitable for those who are just returning after a break from pole or beginners who have completed the 4 week absolute beginners course.
BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS WITH DREE

Beginner's & Improvers Pole with Dree Simone will be focused around conditioning and teaching you fun moves including spins, transitions, climbs and strengthening your muscles in readiness for inverting.
This class is also suitable for those who are just returning after a break from pole or beginners who have completed the 4 week absolute beginners cours
SPINNY POLE WITH HOLLY
Tuesday's 7pm
£18 per class or can be booked using a class pass
Spinny Pole is great fun and suitable for all levels.
Each week you will learn new moves and combinations with Holly to build up your arm and core strength, learning to control and hold moves as well as increasing your confidence with the pole on spin.
Students must have completed the 4 week absolute beginner's course in order to attend this class.
IMPROVERS POLE WITH HOLLY
Tuesday's 8.15pm

Improvers Pole with Holly is catered for students who have been in beginners for a while and are ready to progress their skills up the pole. In this class you will learn fun combinations of tricks, spins and flow, while building your strength to learn early intermediate moves like Butterly variations, inside leg hangs, inverts, combos and climb variations.
This class is also suitable for those who have poled previously and are just returning.
To attend you must be able to invert and be comfortable in a wrist seat and climbing up the pole.
POLE FLOW & FLOORWORK WITH DOMINIQUE
Wednesday’s 7pm
£18 per class or can be booked using a class pass
This class will be teaching you floor work and pole dance moves which are then combined together into a choreographed routine. Learn how to fluidly move around the pole and link floor work movement together, at the end of class you can flow with the choreography or flow the choreography into your own freestyle.
To attend this class you must have completed at least 8 beginner classes.
BEGINNER'S CHOREO WITH KEE
Wednesday's 8.15pm
£18 per class or can be booked using a class pass
Are you a beginner wanting to start learning routines? This class is perfect for you! Join Kee as she will introduce you to simple dance moves that can link together to make a routine. Each week See will create an easy to follow routine made up of moves learnt.
Perfect for those who have just completed their 4 week beginner course or those on any beginner class wishing to start learning choreographed routines.
Requirements:

You must have completed at least 4 beginner classes or the 4 week absolute beginners course to join beginners choreo.

LATE NIGHT CHOREO WITH KEE
Wednesday's 8.15pm
£18 per class or can be booked using a class pass
Join Kee as she teaches you her signature slinky flow in this late night open level choreo class. Get ready to bounce your booty, undulate your spine and learn pretty spinny combos you can incorporate into your own practice. Suitable for upper beginners - advanced.
BEGINNER'S POLE WITH NAT
Thursday's 6pm

The Beginners Pole Class with Nat is a great way to build strength, co-ordination and confidence using the pole. You will be taught a variety of conditioning exercises, spins, transitions, climbs and pole moves in a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere.
No previous experience required
POLE CHOREO WITH EZMAII
Thursday's at 7.10pm

Want to learn a fun routine on the pole? Join Ez who will bring you a high energy routine each week. Heels optional
No previous dance experience is required, although it is recommended that you’ve attended 3+ Beginner Pole classes before joining if you’re completely new to pole dancing.
MIXED ABILITY POLE WITH NAOMII
Thursday's 8.15pm
£18 per class or can be booked using a class pass
The Mixed Ability Pole class with Naomii is aimed at beginner to intermediate level students. Working on a range of strength building exercises, pole combos, floorwork and transitions to further increase your pole repertoire.
This class is adapted to your level and will ensure you are challenged in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
CHOREO WITH RIANNE
Friday's at 6.45pm
£18 per class or can be booked using a class pass
Join Rianne every Friday where she will teach you a fun routine in her signature style.
Heels optionalNo previous dance experience is required, although it is recommended that you’ve attended 3+ Beginner Pole classes before joining if you’re completely new to pole dancing.

The Beginners Pole Class with Vee is a great way to build strength, co-ordination and confidence using the pole. You will be taught a variety of conditioning exercises, spins, transitions, climbs and pole moves in a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere.

MIXED ABILITY POLE WITH JESS
Saturday's 11.15am

The Mixed Ability Pole class with Dominique & Jess is aimed at beginner to intermediate level students. Working on a range of strength building exercises, pole combos, floorwork and transitions to further increase your pole repertoire.
This class is adapted to your level and will ensure you are challenged in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
OPEN POLE PRACTICE
Saturday's 12.30pm, 1.30pm & 2.30pm
£10 per class or can be booked using a class pass
Practice session for students of all levels.
Your time to practice moves you've learn in class, build your freestyle or jam with friends.
One pole per person. The pole is yours for the duration of the class.
MIXED ABILITY POLE WITH SAM
Sunday's 10am
£18 per class or can be booked using a class pass
Looking for a weekend workout? Sam's mixed level class is the place to be! After a fun conditioning workout, Sam will teach you cool tricks on the pole with regressions and progressions from each one followed by a freestyle at the end! Suitable for all levels, no previous pole experience required.
SPLITS STRETCH WITH SIMONNE
Sunday's 11.15am
£12 per class or can be booked using a class pass
Compliment your pole training with our splits stretch class, each week focusing on hip, hamstring, and glute flexibility and strength. This class will help improve flexibility, loosen tight muscles and strengthen both active and passive splits/
No previous experience required
Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, stretch bands (or equivalent)
